This is the MINI Challenge: 8 weeks, focus on your breath practice only. You will develop a regular breath practice, improve your visualization capabilities, and train your mind. Each week we zoom in on a section of the Mind Gym App: Beliefs, Emotions, Habits, Associations, Values, Identity, Objectives, Reinforcement - B.E.H.A.V.I.O.R. One letter a week. Your one commitment is to do a few of the 20-minute practices for each of the weekly sections per week. This is the practice. Real shift. This is a great way to develop a regular consistent breath practice and get deep at the same time.

The weekly check-ins will provide you with the support of a community and accountability. You will learn insights on how to develop or improve your breath practice and you will be able to bring up challenges you have with your breath practice.
