Meet Pauline Larmaraud

Your Mindset Coach

In my early 40s, I was juggling a demanding career at Stanford with the weight of personal challenges that had quietly piled up. I didn't have the mental and emotional tools to respond with the agility the situation required. I felt overwhelmed and underprepared — and I know that feeling is familiar to many of the driven professionals I now work with.

I found my way to the Unbeatable Mind and SEALFIT program, developed by retired Navy SEAL Commander Mark Divine. The combination of body and mind training, outstanding coaching, and the support of an exceptional community changed my life in deep and lasting ways — and fast-tracked a transformation that would have taken me decades on my own.

That experience is why I coach. Not because I have it all figured out, but because I know what it feels like to be capable and still feel underprepared for what life throws at you — and I know what it takes to build the tools that change that.

Why I coach:

What We’ll Work On:

  • Dig into your real WHY — not the polished version you'd put on LinkedIn, but the one that actually gets you out of bed and keeps you going when it's hard.

  • Clarify your true values and priorities, so your goals fit what matters to you — not what's expected, not what you were told was the right path growing up.

  • Get traction on what you've been putting off — whether that's a hard conversation with your co-founder, rebuilding connection with your partner after a brutal stretch, or finally making the career move you've been circling for years.

  • Audit the fundamentals that high performers quietly let slide: sleep, recovery, nutrition, movement, stress management, breath practice, relationships — the stuff you know matters but keep deprioritizing because the next deadline always feels more urgent.

  • Map a training plan: targeted daily practices you'll actually stick to, starting day one.

My Journey:

My approach:

I draw on battle-tested Navy SEAL strategies — show up with drive, focus on the plan, take disciplined action, reflect and iterate, and connect mind and body. This approach doesn't have to be tough (unless you want it to be) — it can be fun, and it's always fulfilling.

My coaching integrates evidence-based tools including breath and body-based stress regulation, values clarification, emotion regulation skills, and deliberate mental training — grounded in the Unbeatable Mind framework developed by Commander Mark Divine.

What You’ll Walk Away With:

A more present and vibrant you. Daily rituals and practices that create real fulfillment — on your terms, not someone else's definition of success.

Having spent 20 years working alongside faculty, entrepreneurs, students, and administrators at Stanford University, I understand the culture of high-performance, high-pressure environments — and what it costs people who don't have the tools to sustain it. In roles spanning international affairs, product management, and business relationship management, my purpose was always the same: bringing people together across silos to simplify work, execute on strategy, and deliver seamless experiences.

I earned my Unbeatable Mind Coaching Certification in 2022 and have been coaching individuals and teams ever since. I've been part of the Got Your 6 Team of coaches since day one — as a coach, participant, and contributor to the Mind Gym App. GY6T is a community for people who train for life: they challenge themselves on purpose and show up to connect with others honestly and authentically. The phrase "Got your 6" comes from World War I pilots and means "I've got your back" — which captures the spirit of everything I do.

I thrive on connecting people so they don't have to reinvent the wheel in their own corner. Life is complicated enough!
