The From Habits to Character challenge is a 12-week coached team experience built around the BEHAVIOR framework designed by Executive Coach Jim Brault — eight lenses that together reveal the inner architecture determining not just what you do, but who you are.

This is not a passive online course. You will show up, dig in, and do the real work — with a dedicated coach and a tight-knit team of 6–10 at your back the entire way. Executives, parents, entrepreneurs, retirees — different stages and stories, one commitment: to grow.

When a teammate opens up about a belief that's been holding them back, you'll often recognize it as your own — said out loud in a way you never quite managed. That mirror is something you simply can't get from a book, a course, or going it alone.

"Character is not something you're born with. It's something you build — belief by belief, choice by choice, habit by habit. And you build it faster, and it sticks longer, when you build it with a team."

The name GY6T comes from WWI pilots: Got Your 6 — I've got your back. That's the operating principle of every team we build. You will be challenged, supported, and genuinely seen. That combination is rare. It is also wildly effective.
