Each week you commit to a few 20-minute practices from the Mind Gym App developed by Executive Coach Jim Brault: short, daily mental training sessions you do on your own time.
Once a week, the team gathers virtually for a check-in. People share their wins, the friction points, what's clicking, what's not. You learn as much from your teammates' practice as from your own.
